3. Appointments and Cancellations

Appointments can be scheduled through our website, by phone, or in person. We request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Repeated no-shows may result in a requirement for advance payment.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are quoted in Turkish Lira (TRY) and are subject to change. Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, credit cards, and bank transfers.

5. Warranty

Our cleaning services are backed by a satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the cleaning results, we will re-clean the item at no additional cost within 7 days of delivery. This guarantee does not cover pre-existing damage, color fading from age, or structural wear.

6. Liability

While we take every precaution to ensure quality workmanship, our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, natural fiber deterioration, or color changes due to age and sun exposure.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of PureWash Halı Yıkama and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

8. Governing Law
