Our Process

Rug Assessment
We examine weave, dye stability, and existing damage before any water touches the rug.

Dusting
Industrial dusting machines remove up to 1 kg of dry sand and grit per square metre.

Hand Wash
The rug is submerged in cool, pH-balanced water and gently scrubbed with soft brushes.

Controlled Drying
Flat drying in our climate-controlled room guards against shrinkage and colour migration.
